We feel the fairest and most straight-forward way to charge for our cleaning is by the square foot. This way you only pay for the exact amount of carpet we clean. Our technicians will measure the areas you request to have cleaned in order to determine the square footage (length X width) and the total cost. 

Pricing for our Premier Cleaning Service is as follows:

Minimum price per square foot (sq ft) is $0.35/sq ft for cleanings less than 500sq ft, $0.32/sq ft for cleanings between 500 sq ft and 1,500 sq ft, and $0.30/sq ft for cleanings greater than 1,500 sq ft. Stairs are $2.50 each.  Moving, replacing, and blocking the furniture will increase the price per square foot. 

Pricing for our Basic Cleaning Service is as follows:

Minimum price per square foot (sq ft) is $0.23/sq ft for cleanings greater than 500sq ft, and $0.26/sq ft for cleanings less than 500 sq ft. Stairs are $2.50 each. 

Minimum Charges:

Our minimum charge is $85.00 for locations within a 20 mile radius centered on Cathedral City, and $125 for locations beyond a 30 mile radius.

Scotchguard carpet protectant is priced at $.10/sq ft.
